応募条件（抜粋）
- Demonstrated experience in the design or test planning of rotor components.
- Experience with Part 35 (propellers) or Part 27/29 (rotors) certification.
- Direct experience working with certification authorities and preparing technical documents for Type Certification.
- Deep understanding of composite materials, manufacturing processes, and structural analysis.
- Experience with fatigue analysis, loads, and vibration analysis and testing at both the component and aircraft levels.
歓迎される経験（抜粋）
- Proficiency with FLIGHTLAB or similar software.
- Knowledge of Aeroelastic Finite Element Modeling using software like NASTRAN or ANSYS.
